At More Wow, we believe that design is an ever-evolving journey of discovery, and our upcoming design sourcing trip to Paris and Madrid from September 4-21 is a testament to this philosophy. We are thrilled to embark on this adventure, immersing ourselves in the vibrant design scenes of these iconic cities. Our itinerary is packed with visits to some of the most cutting-edge, avant-garde galleries, vintage shops, and markets in Paris, as well as exploring galleries and makers in Madrid.
Paris: A Celebration of Design Innovation
September 4: Maison & Objet and Paris Design Week
Our trip begins in Paris, where we will attend Maison & Objet, one of the most prestigious design fairs in the world. This event showcases the latest trends and innovations in design, bringing together designers, artisans, and industry professionals from across the globe.
Maison & Objet - A biannual trade show held in Paris, Maison & Objet is a premier event for interior design and lifestyle. The fair features a vast array of exhibitors presenting the latest in furniture, decor, textiles, and more. We will be exploring new trends, meeting designers, and sourcing unique pieces for our clients.
Following Maison & Objet, we will dive into Paris Design Week, which runs concurrently and transforms the city into a vibrant hub of creativity. This week-long event features exhibitions, installations, and open studios, providing endless inspiration.
Paris Design Week - Held in conjunction with Maison & Objet, Paris Design Week is a city-wide celebration of design. We will be attending various events, including gallery openings and design tours, to experience the avant-garde and contemporary design scene firsthand.
September 4-9: Avant-Garde Galleries and Vintage Treasures
Our Paris itinerary includes visits to some of the city's most avant-garde galleries and vintage shops, where we will discover unique and inspiring pieces.
Galerie Perrotin - One of Paris's leading contemporary art galleries, Galerie Perrotin showcases cutting-edge works from both established and emerging artists. We are excited to explore their latest exhibitions and find pieces that challenge and inspire.
Franck Genser - An esteemed designer known for his contemporary furniture, Franck Genser's work embodies modern elegance and functionality. His designs are sure to provide ample inspiration for our upcoming projects.

Les Puces de Saint-Ouen - One of the largest and most famous flea markets in the world, Les Puces de Saint-Ouen is a must-visit for vintage enthusiasts. We will be hunting for rare antiques, vintage furniture, and one-of-a-kind decor items.

Château Uchronia - The flagship showroom and office of the Uchronia collective. Located in Paris's 18th arrondissement and within walking distance from the Marche des puces and Galerie Glustin, the space is a beacon for cutting-edge eclectic design.

Our journey continues in Madrid, where we will immerse ourselves in the city's vibrant art scene and explore the work of local makers.
Matadero Madrid - A contemporary arts center housed in a former slaughterhouse, Matadero Madrid is a dynamic space for creativity and innovation. We will be visiting exhibitions and meeting artists who are pushing the boundaries of contemporary art.
La Tabacalera - An alternative cultural space located in a former tobacco factory, La Tabacalera is home to a diverse range of artistic practices. We are looking forward to exploring its studios and workshops, discovering the work of local makers and artisans.
El Rastro - Madrid's most famous flea market, El Rastro, is a bustling market filled with vintage treasures and unique finds. We will be on the lookout for distinctive pieces that capture the spirit of Madrid's rich cultural heritage.
Galleries in Barrio de las Letras - This historic neighborhood is renowned for its artistic heritage and vibrant gallery scene. We will be visiting several galleries, including those specializing in contemporary and modern art, to source inspiring pieces for our clients.
