Can More Wow manage my entire interior design project from start to finish?

Absolutely. This is one of the hallmarks of full-service interior design. We take care of all details to deliver a seamless and stress-free experience from initial concept development through final installation. In cases that our work together includes the need for contractors, sub-contractors and architects, More Wow can also act as the overarching project manager to minimize miscommunication and rework through the process. We ensure an innovative design approach throughout every phase of the project.

Payments & Fees

What other fees can we expect?

As a member of the design trade we are able to secure discounts from the large majority of our partners--both large brands and smaller boutique galleries. As a benefit of working with us, we pass on 50% of this discount to you. At times this may be a small amount (e.g.50%), but at other times may be upwards of 20%. We are always happy to show our clients the invoices we pay to ensure trust and transparency.

How do you calculate your project management fees?

For larger projects where we work as part of a larger team to manage all the pieces of a design project, we charge a 20% fee (e.g. 20% of architecture fees).

Are pre-contract consultations free of charge?

We offer an initial meeting free of charge. Additional consultations requested by clients not under contract with More Wow are subject to a $200 fee. The fee is invoiced from More Wow and should be paid prior to the meeting. Fees paid to More Wow during the contracting period, can be deducted from the total design fees due.

What payment methods do you accept?

We use honey book, an online invoicing system to generate our invoices. Clients can pay directly through honebook by using ACH or Credit Card. We also accept direct Bank to Bank transfers and Zelle for smaller invoices. For Credit Card and ACH payments, a ~3.25% fee may be adjusted to the invoice for processing and convenience.

How do you calculate your design fee?

Our design fee is calculated on a cost-per-square foot basis--currently $10 per square foot of designed space. This reflects the time that we spend designing, ensuring that our project exceeds your expectations, and the value we bring as a firm.

What is the typical timeline for a high-end residential design project?

Every project we work on has a different timeline based on its requirements and size. We plan out each project at the design proposal phase and ensure regular meetings from the start. For modern house interiors, and product design services, timeline can vary depending on customization. If you have special timing needs, please let us know, and we’ll find a solution for you.

Can you work with clients in different locations within the US or around the world?

Absolutely. We work with an extensive list of vendors and gallery owners in the US and international locations like Mexico City, Paris, and Madrid. Whether you are in Brooklyn, NYC, or abroad, we provide full-service interior design solutions tailored to your specific needs and preferences.

What types of design serives do you offer?

We offer a comprehensive range of services, including smart home design, modern industrial interior design, and outdoor living room solutions. Our services cater to residential, commercial, and retail properties, covering concept development, product selection, warehousing, installation, and project management. We also specialize in virtual staging and book design services, ensuring every detail is meticulously planned and executed to create functional and luxurious spaces.

What is your typical design process?

Do You Offer Personalized Shopping Experiences for Selecting Design Elements?

Clients are welcome to join us for any showroom visit when permitted by the owner. We also curate exclusive shopping trips for our clients, offering the opportunity to explore premium product design services, visit premier galleries, showrooms, and artisan studios during major global design events such as Zona Maco (Mexico City), Maison et Objet (Paris), and Salone del Mobile (Milan). These bespoke experiences immerse you in high-end interior design, helping you select products firsthand, meet renowned artists, and discover innovative designs.

What are the various fees associated with your design services?

Our goal is to provide exceptional value while delivering luxurious, high-quality interior and product design services tailored to your budget. A general project includes interior design firm fees, custom product design consultation, and project management costs. We also offer architectural services, bespoke furniture creation, and custom material sourcing, ensuring you get the most out of your investment.

How do you ensure that the design will reflect my personal style and preferences?

Our interior design process emphasizes thorough research and refinement. We begin with an in-depth consultation to understand your vision, lifestyle, and aesthetic preferences.
